     Hamerdoom was defeated! I won! I heard the crowd cheering, Tom and Payton trying everything in their power not to look excited. Chaor made an approving grunt with a smirk of pride. He never doubted I'd win. But it took Hamerdoom only seconds to regain consciousness. He was infuriated that he was beat by a human. I didn't even have time to think before he threw a burst of fire at me.
     Chaor wasn't fast enough to stop it. I couldn't move my legs. I couldn't fall down, or avoid it. But then I felt a presence that seemed to move my body on an instinct. I felt pure power in my body, flowing out my hands. It felt addicting, the movement seemed so natural. But then I saw what it did . . .
     The crowd was silent in shock, fear, respect, awe, and then all hell broke loose. "What did you just do?" Takinom demanded.
     "Kaz?" Tom was scared. "Kaz?"
     Hammerdoom had been frozen in time. As had the fireball.
     "What am I?"

     "How could you!" I screamed. "You invaded earth, kidnapped me, and now you're blackmailing me!"
     "You don't have a choice in this, Kazzy." Chaor growled.
     "What am I to you? First you want me as an advisor and now . . . what kind of game are you playing!"
     "I assure you Kazzy, this is no game! I WILL have you."
     "I'm not some toy!"
     "No," he agreed. "You're my mate."
     "I'm human! I'm only fifteen!" I pulled back from him.
     "That doesn't matter Kazzy. Would you rather I kill your Overworld loving friend?"
     "Why are you doing this!?"
     "Because you're mine. And I want you at my side when I-"
     "When you conquer my world?! Destroy it?! Kill millions of my species!?" I tried to run away from him, only to have him grip at torso with his hand, keeping me in place. "Why are you doing this to me!?"
     "Because I love you Kazzy. And you will be mine.."
